In the past month, as Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity’s incoming President, I’ve had the good fortune to meet with the administration of dental schools at the University of Pennsylvania, The Ohio State University, the University of Detroit Mercy, and the University of Michigan. Additionally, I’ve met with a number of students of these very fine schools. It’s so encouraging to see the interest and excitement within these institutions on the part of both faculty and students.

What’s most interesting is the makeup of the classes. More than half the incoming group are women, who are both personable and professional. As the father of two women, now ages 35 and 32, I couldn’t be more proud of this change!
