Movie review – My wife Wendy and I had the opportunity to see “Kill the Irishman,” the Danny Greene story, this past weekend. As you may remember (and not to ruin it for you), the Cleveland mobster finally gets blown up after evading numerous attempts on his life. So why should a Cleveland dentist put this in his blog?
Well, as I am often reminded, the explosion takes place at the Brainard Place parking lot following Danny Greene’s final dental appointment. (It was at the office next to ours!).
Enjoy the movie – and remember to be extra careful as you leave the building…
P.S. The movie was shot in Detroit (apparently it more closely resembles Cleveland in the 1970’s than Cleveland does now), and the address was changed slightly, to throw would-be Mafia-types off.
