Over the Thanksgiving break we saw a lot of college students, returning to Cleveland from Miami University (my alma mater), The Ohio State University, Kenyon, Princeton, Indiana, and even “that school up North” (i.e. Michigan).  We reminded each of them to wear their orthodontic retainers (if they had braces), to try and stay away from sugar-laden drinks and energy bars (like Gatorade and Cliff bars), and to brush and floss.
