To accommodate the requests of our patients, we’ve engaged a new company (Smile Reminder) to make confirming appointments that much easier. We will send our patients text messages or emails to let them know when their  appointments are scheduled, and a simple text or email reply will let us know that they are confirming.  Whether you use an Apple I-phone, Blackberry, Dell, HP, or IBM laptop or desktop, it should make responding even  easier.

We do realize that some patients would still like confirmation phone calls – for those with ATT – and we are glad to make them for those that want them.  All we ask is that you let us know your preference, and we will do our best to personalize the confirmation process.
